Automotive Journalist ALAN GELL interviews MICHAEL KROLL during a Media-Press event for the new 2014 Toyota Tundra. Michael Kroll is with Product Communications for Toyota Motor Sales, USA. The special event was held in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in and around the Teton Mountains. The 2014 Toyota Tundra has been re-done. There are five (5) grades, new safety features, Premium interiors, three (3) engine choices, and three (3) cab configurations. The five model "grades" are the SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, and 1794. The 1794 is western theme with wood and leather. The name comes from the date of the original Spanish Land Grant given to the ranching family that kept it in their family until it was sold to Toyota for the location of the Tundra plant in San Antonio. The new 2014 Toyota Tundra has a starting base MSRP of just $25,920, but goes upwards to exceed $47,000 for the 1794 edition.
